Refund & Cancellation Policy

Initial 30-minute consultations are free. Paid strategy sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Before work begins: if you cancel within 7 days of paying a deposit and before kickoff, you receive a full refund.
• After work begins: deposits are non-refundable once discovery or development work has started, because time and resources have been committed to your project.

Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel part-way through a milestone, we will invoice for work completed to date and refund any prepaid amount for work not yet performed.

Monthly support plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, but service continues until the end of that period.

If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it at no extra cost. If we cannot reasonably fix it, we will offer a fair partial refund for the affected part of the work.

Costs paid to third parties on your behalf — such as cloud hosting, AI model usage, software licences or data services — are non-refundable once incurred.

Send a request through our contact form with your name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We review every request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
